insane week!!!!
cursed decided to drop from pjackk challenge. im very sad but i understand & respect it & we are still friends thankfully!. its a setback for the team, BUT!!!! almojo and i are motivated as ever bc we played together in a pickup for Trans Cup with shark and albi and had a fucking mental bracket run. after pools our g1 was against 3 members of Paradigm Starfish (high lvl friends of ours, coach us frequently)... seed 26 vs 7 (out of 28 teams)!! but we locked the fuck in & won 2-1..! off that momentum we won the whole silver bracket! the bracket we only got into bc a team dropped! i felt like i played that whole tourney so well.. im really really proud. MY FIRST SENDOU BADGE OFF A SETWIN ON PARADIGM STARFISH.. WTF!!

my experience with splatoon

i've played since the splat 1 testfire demo in 2015. i started playing competitive in splatoon 2 around 2019. i have loved this game very very dearly for a literal half of my life. the game's maximalist colorful fishy style greatly influenced my aesthetic leanings and music taste, got me more into fashion, and inspired a lot of my art. the community is where i met my best friend francess! the competitive scene has been really an amazing part of my life, ive met numerous friends, been to many LANS, had incredible experiences, became a better communicator, improved my mentality and approach to skills and learning, i could go on and on.. i really, really love this game.. i dont really give a fuck about nintendo as a company but this game is very meaningful to me and always will be.
